– Según el MULTI, tras una reunión celebrada hoy, el organismo internacional también solicitó que se garantice el pleno acceso a la justicia para todas las partes involucradas.
La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) determinó que el Estado mexicano sigue sin cumplir con las medidas cautelares para el retorno seguro de 144 familias triquis desplazadas de la comunidad de Tierra Blanca Copala, según informó el Movimiento de Unificación y Lucha Triqui Independiente (MULTI).
En un comunicado, la organización aseguró que hoy se realizó una reunión de trabajo convocada por la CIDH en la que participaron representantes del gobierno mexicano y una representación de las familias desplazadas.
De acuerdo con el MULTI, el 1 de noviembre de 2023, las familias desplazadas lograron demostrar ante la CIDH la violación de sus derechos humanos por parte del Estado Mexicano, presuntamente perpetrada por un grupo paramilitar del Movimiento de Unificación y Lucha Triqui (MULT).
En respuesta, la CIDH otorgó medidas cautelares a las 144 familias, solicitando al gobierno estatal de Oaxaca y al gobierno federal que facilitaran el retorno de las familias a su territorio ancestral.
El MULTI sostuvo que el Estado mexicano ha respondido con simulaciones y maniobras dilatorias a estas medidas cautelares, “priorizando sus intereses políticos y electorales sobre la justicia social”.
La CIDH, informó, exigió al Estado Mexicano que retome urgentemente el proceso de retorno, elaborando un plan de acción en verdadera consulta con las víctimas y no con los paramilitares, y también solicitó que se garantice el pleno acceso a la justicia para todas las partes involucradas.
“En la reunión de hoy, quedó demostrado que el gobierno no ha cumplido con las medidas cautelares. Por el contrario, las agresiones armadas contra las familias desplazadas persisten, los paramilitares continúan su campaña de terror. asesinando a los compañeros que alzan la voz y los gobiernos estatal y federal han demostrado una alarmante falta de compromiso y voluntad para facilitar el retorno de las familias.
“Además, se ha observado una preocupante interrelación entre el Estado y los paramilitares, evidenciada por la presencia de estos grupos en diversos cargos públicos, lo que agrava la situación y cuestiona la imparcialidad y el compromiso de las autoridades para con los derechos de las víctimas”, señaló en un comunicado.
El MULTI expresó que esto demuestra un grave incumplimiento de los compromisos internacionales en materia de derechos humanos, y exigió a los gobiernos estatal y federal que actúen de inmediato para asegurar el retorno seguro, “con justicia y dignidad para las familias desplazadas”.
