– Asegura que el proceso de reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial de la Federación fue una “porquería”, y advirtió que es probable que el Congreso de Oaxaca haya hecho “el ridículo” la madrugada de hoy.
La presidenta estatal del PAN, Perla Woolrich, calificó como una “porquería” la forma en que se aprobó la reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial de la Federación, exculpa al dirigente nacional Marko Cortés Mendoza por adherir a los Yunes al partido, adelantó que promoverá la expulsión de la diputada local Natividad Díaz Jiménez por traición, y advirtió un probable “ridículo” del Congreso de Oaxaca por aprobar también en la madrugada de hoy estos cambios constitucionales.
En conferencia de prensa, también expresó que conserva “la esperanza de que no todo está perdido” y que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) pueda echar abajo esta reforma propuesta por el presidente de la República, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
La madrugada de hoy, alrededor de las 3:00 horas, el Senado de la República aprobó la reforma constitucional que establece que jueces federales y ministros serán electos por voto popular, reduce los salarios, elimina la carrera judicial, desaparece el Consejo de la Judicatura, y resta poder al amparo o juicios de amparo. La votación fue 86 votos a favor y 41 en contra, gracias al voto de Miguel Ángel Yunes Márquez, senador por el Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), y la ausencia de un senador de Movimiento Ciudadano (MC).
Minutos después, en Oaxaca los diputados locales sesionaron para aprobar esta reforma constitucional con el objetivo de ser el primer estado de la república, de los 17 que se requieren, para que entre en vigor. Pero aquí no hubo oposición, los diputados locales del PRI y el PAN, votaron a favor de estos cambios, para lograr la mayoría de 41 votos.
Perla Woolrich sostuvo que el proceso fue una “porquería, un cochinero, un estercoliero” el proceso por el cual se aprobó la reforma. En primer lugar, dijo, por la traición al PAN de Miguel Ángel Yunes Márquez y padre, a cambio de impunidad; segundo, por la detención del padre de uno de los senadores de Movimiento Ciudadano en el estado de Campeche, razón por la cual se ausentó ayer de la sesión en el Senado de la República.
La líder panista aseguró que lo que ocurrió no es responsabilidad o culpa del dirigente nacional Marko Cortés al postular como senadores a los Yunes y de convertirlos en militantes del partido, pese a la larga lista de acusaciones y denuncias de corrupción que ambos políticos tienen en el estado de Veracruz, así como órdenes de aprehensión en su contra por la comisión de diversos delitos. Esto último, por el que muchos han interpretado que Morena ofreció impunidad a cambio de votar a favor de la reforma.
Para ella, todos los presidentes de partidos “tienen algunos errores”; y justificó la inclusión de los Yunes al PAN porque representaban un fuerte capital político y millones de votos para su partido en el estado de Veracruz. También defendió a ambos políticos en relación a las acusaciones de corrupción que hay en su contra: “el que acusa tiene que probar”, respondió.
“No tenemos la culpa de una traición, no sé que les han ofrecido. Miguel Ángel Yunes padre tuvo muchos cargos gracias al PAN… Sé que hay muchas órdenes de aprehensión contra los Yunes y quizá esa fue la razón de que doblaran las manos… Los traidores no fuimos los panistas, sino un vendido”.
Perla Woolrich también opinó que probablemente el Congreso del Estado de Oaxaca cayó en el “ridículo” al validar la reforma constitucional al Poder Judicial de la Federación. Esto, dijo, porque la técnica legislativa supone que el primer paso es que el Senado de la República notifique a los congresos estatales sobre la nueva reforma, y posterior a eso, que se convoque a los legisladores para que voten a favor o en contra. Por tanto, señaló, no se sabe qué aprobaron los diputados locales.
“No sé si es para reír, para llorar, pero cuando una reforma en el Senado se está discutiendo a las tres horas, todavía no se aprobaba, ya aquí en Oaxaca, sin que tuvieran siquiera una nota del Senado, porque siempre acostumbran mandar, un oficio en el que se les hace saber lo que se aprobó y más, se convoca a todos los legisladores para que emitan el voto.
“Entonces muchos se preguntan qué fue lo que aprobó la Cámara de Diputados en Oaxaca, qué cosa fue lo que aprobó si la nota del senado no era enviada todavía”.
Aún así, la diputada local del PAN, Natividad Díaz Jiménez, votó a favor de la reforma al Poder Judicial de la Federación en el Congreso del Estado; de la misma manera en que lo hizo su hermano, también legislador local, Leonardo Díaz (ya fuera del PAN), y los diputados locales del PRI.
Por ello, Perla Woolrich afirmó que promoverá un proceso para expulsar de Acción Nacional a la legisladora Natividad Díaz, por traición. También aseguró que es parte de la “misma porquería”.
“Serán expulsados del PAN por traición al partido. Voy a promover la expulsión ante los órganos del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional. Ya no teníamos a los diputados (en el Congreso local) que teníamos. Es una traidora (Natividad Díaz)”.
En este escenario, la líder panista en Oaxaca aseguró que es probable que no todo esté perdido y que la Suprema Corte de la Nación (SCJN) “esté preparando algo, no se están chupando el dedo”. “La Corte”, agregó, “aún está vigente, por eso no pierdo la esperanza. No me preocupa la aprobación de la reforma en el Congreso del Estado”.
