Representantes de diferentes sindicatos del ayuntamiento de Oaxaca de Juárez denunciaron que actualmente las autoridades municipales están pagando la nómina del municipio con el dinero del fondo de pensiones.
Está situación, dijeron, ha agravado la situación financiera de los recursos que mes con mes se destinan para garantizar un retiro digno del personal sindicalizado.
Alberto Ortiz Silva, representante ante la Junta Directiva de Pensiones del Sindicato Autónomo, explicó que desde hace varios años ha existido un déficit en el Fondo de Pensiones. Cada mes, dijeron, hay un déficit de tres millones de pesos.
“Nuestro problema en que queremos que también ese 9.5 por ciento que nosotros aportamos al fondo de pensiones, se vaya directamente al fondo y ya no sirva para pagar la nómina porque ya no tenemos un fondo económico de pensiones”, explicó.
El dirigente sindical señaló que urge un refinanciamiento del fondo, una recapitalización para que puedan tener nuevamente fondos en sus pensiones. “Estamos hablando de unos 15 millones de pesos más o menos en cuanto a finiquito”, apuntó.
Estas, dijo, son las principales razones por las que solicitan una reunión con el presidente municipal electo de Oaxaca de Juárez, Raymundo Chagoya.
